Please Help Me?

I'm 13 years old and i'm 50 pounds overweight.
Do you have a good diet and exercise plan for me that doesn't cost much.
No pills and stuff please.
And also how can I encourage my self to exercise everyday.

My son is 12 and he is also overweight. I have started cooking healthier meals for us and cut down on his junk food. Instead of reaching for a soda, try diet sodas, diet dr. pepper is pretty good. Or better yet, drink water. Sodas are really bad for you and have a lot of sugar and calories. Instead of chips or sweet stuff for snacks, try a piece of fruit. I bought my son some apples with some fat free caramel apple dip. Sure the caramel has some sugar and stuff, but if it gets him to eat a fruit I go for it. To make yourself exercise, you're going to have to make it fun. If it's a chore you won't do it (when's the last time you enjoyed doing a chore?) so find something that you like to do. If it's not sports, then try skateboarding or rollerblading, or bike riding, swimming, tennis, anything to get you out from in front of the tv and outside. If you are having fun, you won't be thinking that it's exercise and you will want to do it everyday. Hope I helped a little, and good luck hun, I see firsthand how difficult it is to be an overweight teen, my son suffers everyday because of it. Kids are mean to each other.
