Question: What do yo consider to be "fat" and what do you consider to be "out of shape"!?
I have put on some weight over the past few months I went from 122 to 135, due to stress, lack of sleep, not consistant exercise, working constantly and eating whenever I have a chance!. I feel gross!. It does not look like i gained a lot but i feel it and i feel uncomfortable in my own skin!. I hate it because summer is here and I feel disgusting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think that if u feel a little overweight u might be it all depends on how tall u are and how much muscle u have!. its all about feeling good in ur own body

dont go overboard but maybe cut back on calories and try to get an hour of cardio a day
