Question: 6-pack,how and sexy!?
Okay, I always wanted a 6-pack, I am female!. I want muscles!. I'm girly but I love sports!. Is it scary for a girl to have a 6-pack and how the flipping hell am I going to get it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No its not scary for a female to have a 6 pack at all :) !. You do have to lower your body fat but you DO NOT have to get down to 10% b/f !. From my experience it can be as high as around 15% everyone is different !. Plus to stay at 10% or lower is not safe unless you are competing !. You will have to watch your diet first and foremost - cut out dairy (or decrease) , bad fats and refined sugars !. Add lean protein , good carbs and veggies !. Plus adding weight training and cardio helps A LOT !. BUT sad but true , its 80% diet and 20% exercise !. You can do all the crunches in the world and will not get a 6 pack unless you check your diet !.

Well I'm a body builder myself and i got my 8 pack after 1 1/2 years of intensive training like 3 hours a day in the gym!.
I would recommend you to eat less and exercise more!.
To get my 8 pack i did around 800 hundred sit ups a day but as your young i will advice you to do at least 100 a day and break it up into 20 sit up so that you have 5 sets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is sexy for a girl to have a six pack but it is more difficult since women naturally have more body fat and less testosterone to build muscle!.
Getting a six pack isn't only about doing situps or crunches!. you can do as many as you like but the results will come very slowly!. you will also need to do other cardio excersises to burn off fat on your body!. In order to see any abs at all you must have at least 10 or less percentage of body fat!.
Now you can start doing different ab excersises and also do some weight lifting for other body parts too!.
Imagine you had the largest abs in the world but you won't be able to see it if its covered in a thick layer of fat!. weight lifting is the best way to burn fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A 6-pack is not at all scary or unusual on a girl!. You have to work for it though!. People with high body fat percentage don't and can't have 6-packs!. You have to be between 10 & 14% body fat to have a visible 6-pack!. Situps and crunches will tone your abs and make that 6-pack a lot more pronounced!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
