How can I get more energy so I can exercise and still only eat 500 cals a day?!


Question: How can I get more energy so I can exercise and still only eat 500 cals a day!?
I have been going to the gym for a while and I have always had a high stamina and I would keep going non stop on cardio for 2 hours!.

Now I am on my diet of 500cals a day to get superskinny but I dont seen to have enough energy and I get dizzy and see spots!. What can I do to get more energy and not consume more calories!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Google green smoothies!. Any green leafy vegetable (Spinach, Kale, Chard, Collards, Dandelion) mixed in a blender with fruits (Banana, Peach, Pear, Mango) and water gives me a lot of energy and is very low on calories!. I drink 32 oz!. a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

LOL!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. How many times do people have to say it here!. I mean the answerers are doing their jobs!. Most answerers will tell you that you cannot live on less than 1300 calories a day!. You are the perfect example of what not to do!. You will not only lose muscle but you will lose your hair, your mind, your health, etc!.

Energy comes from complex carbs and protien and fiber !.!.!.!.!.!.!. a FRICKIN balanced diet!.

Your sick seek medical attention!. Evidentally you have been on your diet so long your mind has stopped working and you cant make realistic choices!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't! 500kcals per day is not enough! Why are you even bothering to go to the gym, on that level of intake even with no exercise your body is already devouring it's own muscle tissue (perversely it'll get rid of a lot of muscle before it gets rid of a lot of the fat)!.
First find our what your BMR (Base Metabolic Rate) is, and don't eat substantially less than that figure!. Then 5 days a week or so go to the gym for an hour or so!. At least doing this you wont be losing so much muscle tissue (you'll still lose some!.!.)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need not !. You need atleast 1500-2000 calories per day to keep you healthy!. if you
stave on 500 cal, you will have other problems like
Vit dificiency, anaemia and so on!. Eat a healthy
diet will lot of vegetables, fruits, legumes, (less meat) cheese for protein , do lot of excercise!.
What ever figure you will have, dont bother as long
as you are energetic and healthy!.

you cannot! CANNOT LIVE ON 500 CALORIES a DAY!!!! YOUR STARVING YOURSELF! drink more water and eat healthy foods, besides you dont want to be super skinny it makes you look like a freaak!!!!! dont do cardio for 2 hours nonstop!.!.!. THAT IS A BAD IDEA
do it for 30min a day then as you become better, go up to 45 min then an hr etc!. eat celery, broccli, carrots!. If you start to see spots that means you need to stop right there and SIT DOWN! Put a wet towel over your face! if you keep pushing yourself like that you'll FAINT!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't!. The body, in order to lose the most weight you can, needs at least 1200 calories of healthy foods!. Any less and it will fight against you and will hold on to as much fat as possible, not get rid of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well maybe you should think a little bit because 500 cal is not enough to boost your energy!. Plus instead of loosing weight you will be gaining weight which it sucks for youWww@Answer-Health@Com
