Question:

Will i lose weight if i do this...?

If i walk for an half an hour every morning and nite, 300 crunches, STRETCH-yoga for an half and hour, if i do thius everyday, how much weight will i lose by august 10th? I am 13 and am 5'5 andweight 165. I am 40 pounds over an di need to lose weight...Ideas? I need help!!!

Like with any exercise regimen, the key is not how much but how consistently- If you decide every day, then do it everyday, if you decide every other day, then be sure to do it every other day with no excuses!
Walking is the best form of exercise, yoga will strengthen your muscles and if you are consistent you will lose weight. How much you will lose depends on your metabolism and body. If you find this regimen daunting after a couple of days, then why not exercise every other day or a total of 4x a week and then step it up to every day.

In terms of what you eat, just pay attention to your portions and see if you can put a little bit less on your plate and try to say no one of two times for that bad but sooo good food. And lots of luck to you.
