Answers:
It's pretty solid!. I like that you are adding healthy snacks in between and eating more than 3 times a day!.

For breakfast, I'd try to find some additional sources of protein!. The almonds are pretty good (definitely a good source of healthy fats and antioxidants), but it's a little heavy on the carbs!. The addition of a glass of skim milk or scrambled egg whites (or even hardboiled eggs, if you like them) would make it just about perfect!.

Lunch is rock solid!.

Try adding in an afternoon snack as well!. Maybe some low-fat cottage cheese or almonds!.

Dinner could use some work!. Hot dogs, even the low-fat versions, are highly processed!. Try eating a less processed source of protein -- maybe a salmon filet, tuna, chicken or turkey breast, steamed shrimp, a lean cut of beef like top sirloin, pork tenderloin or even an egg white frittata!. The veggies with fat-free dip and fat-free yogurt are great though!.

The dark chocolate is a good choice for desert!. The sugar-free Jello will have artificial sweeteners, which IMO should be avoided, but that's your call!. A bowl of blueberries, raspberries or strawberries would be a better choice!.

Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It would be better if you ate whole, natural foods instead of processed food, such as the low-fat hot dog and fat-free products!. Look at the labels and see all the artificial ingredients you are eating!.

Grilled chicken breast, fruit, almonds, whole grain products (make sure they are truly whole grains by reading the ingredients) veggies are all excellent choices!.

Make sure you drink a lot of water and avoid juices and sodas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In general, those food choices are very healthy!. I liked how you have chosen dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate because dark chocolate has the greatest concentration of antioxidants!. As for the meat, I believe there are healthier versions, such as a veggie hot dog or turkey!. But in my opinion, the menu looks very healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds great, but I would change teh dinner plan - even a low fat hog dog isn't healthy for you!. Try some salmon on a salad!. Also, fat-free ranch dip is fine in moderation, and unfortuantely most of the time us veggie dippers don't dip in moderation!.

Also make sure your fat-free yogurt isn't packed with sugars and it HAS TO HAVE ACTIVE CULTURES!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suppose so, but too much healthy food is NOT good!. Well to much of anything isn't good, you should try to including stuff without the fat-free, or sugar-free because some fat and sugars are good for you!.

Sugar free and diet products are not good for you, either skip it or eat the real thing!. And no your not eating enough calories!. You need 1300 calories a day to lose weight and be healthy!. Its for sure not enough protien in one day unless your a small cat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
