Yes it's possible! 6 small meals a day, drinks lots of water and make sure to fit in 30 to 45 minutes of cardio a day! You have to be committed in order for this to work! Break feast is a must, it'll give your body the go to start digesting quickly!. Make sure your meals include protein, little starch, and veggies!. Your body needs carbs so don't cut them off just cut them down!. No processed food and very little soda if any!. The reason you eat more with less portions is because it'll start getting your body adjusted to not only digesting quicker but turning the food into energy versus fat and that's why it must be before six p!.m!. so the food doesn't just sit there and you stomach has time to do what it has to before you go to bed!. Even if that person weighs 300 lbs to begin with, 10 lbs in one week seems like a lot!. Unless, like the previous person said, it's water weight loss, but there is a danger of dehydration!.

One possibility would be to have a really good bowel movement that empties out the whole system there!. I'd go for safety and health instead of sudden weight loss though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it is possible!.!.!.beyonce's lemonade diet!.!.!.not kidding!.!.!.my friend and i was supposed to stick to it but i gave up and i am fatter than her!.!.!.but she actually lost 7 pounds WITH sneaking in a little food!.!.!.!.but really!.!.!.i dont think you should!.!.!.especially since you gain it back!.!.!.
it doesnt matter if you are on the big side or not!.!.!.think of it this way!.!.!.there are people starving all over the world!.!.!.AND you dont eat you die!.!.!.you eat you die!.!.!.so why not just eat!!
