I have been working out for a month and my clothes are now tighter than before. what am i doing wrong?
I am 28 and have a 2 year old daughter

A lot of times when you first start working out, your muscles retain fluid until they get used to your new routine. If you are watching your diet and continue exercising, you will start noticing a difference within a few weeks. If you are doing weight training (which I highly recommend), you may be building muscle underneath your fat layers which might make your clothes tighter in the short term. As soon as the fat starts melting away with a clean diet, you'll see all those beautiful muscles underneath. Hang in there!
