Answers:
That's normal!. If you are drinking that much water and are completely hydrated, then your body will get rid of the excess through urination!.

Your friends probably think it's weird because they don't drink that much water!.

Your bladder also could be smaller than your friends!. Coupled with a fantastic water intake, you will have to pee!. Nothing to be embarrassed about!.

Do not hold it in because that can cause damage to your urethra and also lead to incontinence!. In some cases it can even cause a urinary tract infection and you certainly do not want that! (Google it!.)

Keep drinking your water and don't feel bad about it!. If you're healthy and it makes you feel better, then keep doing it!. Who cares what your friends think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

try time it so you can wait for a break or lunch time!? drink so you'll need it at home!? it's no good trying to hold it in!Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink your water near the end of your class, before breaks, and during breaks so that when you are at lunch or nutrition you can use the restroom then instead of during your classes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont worry what your friends think!. When you're all 40 & they're passing kidney stones(ouch!) & your not!. you'll be laffing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink a lot when you are already at home!.!.!.
