Question: I threw up after a hard work-out today, and have never done that before, what happend!?
Answers:
Take it easy!. You have time to get there and not hurt yourself!. First, hydrate before, during and after a workout!. If you can't stand water, drink sugar free lemonade!. Second, eat 1-2 hours before your workout, making sure you have a little protein and grain!. Three, skip a day between intense workouts!. Your body needs to recover!. No need to abuse yourself!. It will just slow you down and you won't get muscle mass as fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you work out, your body responds as though you are in a primal fighting situation!. It does everything it can to keep you alive, including focusing all energy and resources on your workout!. It takes a lot of energy to digest food!. If you were working out especially hard, your body thought you were in an especially dangerous situation, and by throwing up food instead of digesting it, it was focusing all it's energy on allowing you to continue to expend energy exercising (or running away from a saber tooth tiger, as your body interprets it!.) In your body's view, staying alive is a lot more important than digesting food!.

If you eat, eat light and eat at least 25 minutes before you start working out!. Avoid dairy!.

Also, make sure you're well-hydrated!. Nausea can be an early sign of dehydration!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably worked yourself to hard, or didn't eat enough food before doing a workout!. I know that when I don't eat 2 hours before i workout, i will feel soooo sick!. Once i did throw up, so thats probably what happened!Www@Answer-Health@Com

did you workout on an empty stomach!?!? it can happen sometimes if you workout too much or like maybe drink too much water or don't eat before you workout!.!. i used to puke after rep tryouts just form all the running and stuffWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't push yourself so hard!. Are you new to working out!? It takes time to adapt to strenuous exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You worked too hard next time try doing a more easy workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
