Question: Whoa! It's HOT Out There!!!?
Do you burn more calories when you work out in hot weather versus cooler weather!? Do you burn a significant amount more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Unfortunately for you, you burn more calories when it is cold as your body has to work harder to keep warm than it does to cool down!. Think of those explorers who go to the Arctic or Antarctic who have to eat thousands and thousands of calories just to keep their bodies ticking over!. And they still lose weight whilst they are there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you burn more calories in hot weather becuase heat makes you sweat which burns off fat!. if you work out and its hot, your going to lose weight just remember to have some ice cold water with you whatever you do!. it is a significant amount more becuase the cold weather keeps the body cold and stops the body from sweating so you will have to work even harder so yes, you burn more calories in heat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually you sweat more so you loose water weight and therefore loose weight faster that you will almost certianly gain back within the day!. But, you burn more calories in cold weather when your body warms itself as you exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
