Exercise vs soft drinks?

I already run an average of 5 miles per day but i cant seem to get rid of those extra 5-7 lbs. I suspect it is because i drink 5 or more soft drinks per day. Is there any way i can lose that weight and reduce my belly fat without changing my diet?


Answers:

No. The personal trainer is right. To lose the belly fat, you need to lose the sodas. No way around it.

Those things are horrible. The sugar is what is making your belly FAT. Drink diet soda ONLY.

***And there are NO pills that will get rid of it as long as you continue to drink all that sugar. And you still have to diet and exercise even with pills. They're pretty worthless. Even "ALLI." And Alli makes you crap your pants and you can't control it. Isn't THAT nice?
