2!. push ups
3!. Leg lifts

You could try doing sit-ups push ups crunches and lunges before you walk, also when you walk try strapping ankle weights to your ankles!. They are about 5lb!. a piece, but you can adjust the weight by taking a few of the weights out of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
