Burn calories---time vs speed--does it matter?!

Question: Burn calories---time vs speed--does it matter!?
so, if i work out about 30 mins on stationary bike at a vigorous pace, i burned about 350-400 calories

if i work out for about 40-45 mins at a moderate pace, i burn the same amount

so does it matter which one i do!? i'm starting to stay on the stationary bike longer, but burning the same amount of calories

am i still gonna lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
At a high pace, your body burns muscle glycogen and blood sugar mostly!. At a slower pace your body tends to dip into your fat stores a little more and you burn more fat!. Alternating between the two ensures that you are getting the benefit of cardio endurance and fat loss!.

You are doing it right! Keep it up!

I'm not an expert but I believe that time = more muscle where speed = cardio/weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
