Loosing weight.?!


Question: Loosing weight!.!?
ok so!. i am 13 years old!. 5 foot and 120 or maybe even more, pounds!. i need something right for me!. i can go out side and run and bike but thats all i can do!. anything else that i can do withought buying equiptment!. i can also swim in the back yard but thats not what i want!. im targetting my stomack because i want a belly button ring!. and my thighs!. and doesnt losing weight increase your height!?

your only 13!.!.!.!.you shouldnt really be worried about losing weight yet!. But!.!.!.!.!.for your stomach you could do a circuit!.!.!.!.!.20 situps!.!.!.!.20 pushups (manstyle)!.!.!.!.!.20 squats!.!.!.!.!.20 lunges!.!.!.!.that will do legs and stomach!. If you start getting really good then ditch the 20 situps and replace it for 40 pilates push ups!. pilates push ups (manstyle) is really good for abs!.!.!.!.much better than sit ups!. its exactly the same as doing a normal push up but as you lower yourself down you go really slowly and count to five!. when you get to the holding yourself you count to 5!.!.!.!.lift yourself up while counting to five!.!.!.!.then when you get to the top count to 5!.!.!.!.!.and thats one pushup!.
Being a cheerleader you will need good inner core strength and stability so you should just think about starting pilates or yoga!. They are both really good and they make you feel great and relaxed!. All you need is just a yoga book or pilates book and thats all the equipment you need!. Or you could buy a dvd!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best answer I can imagine is exercise to tone abdominal muscles!. Situps and abdominal crunches are the best, but must be done properly!. When lying on your back, imagine trying to press your naval into your spine, which holds the lower abdominal muscles in!. If you do these exercises while letting your abdomen relax, you will only increse abdominal size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
