Question: I am 20 Years old And 400+lbs!?
i actually dont know but i do know i need some serious help how do i get it!.
I am as follows:
20 years old
6'3
400+ lbs i havnt weighed my self in a long time do to the fact i cant find a scale that works!.
ive tried alot of things they just dont seem to work i also am now having troubles finding a job because of my size no one wants to hire me on top of this i live in the unemployment capital of the states Michigan!. i have a wonderfull fiance and want to get healthy and down to size mainly for her and my self i just dont know what to do anymore!. im having problems that overweight 50-60 year old men have im only 20!!! my knees crack im constantly hurting my back other embaressing problems exist i am just tired of this life style if there is a program out there that helps people like me i need it i think i really really do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm so glad that you recognize your need for change! To begin, perhaps you and your fiance can go on walks together everyday!. As a pair, you can help motivate one another to get in better shape!. Make goals (long term and short term) together and hold ea!.other accountable for attaining them!. Make realistic goals!. For ex: GOAL: 100 sit-ups over the next 2 days!. - Maybe one day you'll do 40 and the next day 60!. GOAL: Do not eat any desserts for 4 days!. As you go, you can make your goals more intense!.
If you do not take SERIOUS actions very soon, you may sustain irreversible damage!.
IMMEDIATELY decrease the amount of calories you intake and increase the amount of calories you use!. The ONLY way to lose weight is to use more calories that you input!.
I would recommend you immediately stop drinking soda and juice - lots of calories!. Drink a full glass of water before every meal or when you feel hungry, helps you feel full faster, among other benefits!. Green tea has been noted to reduce appetite and helps purify body!. Eat more natural foods!.
Be active whenever you can - jog in place when brushing your teeth!.

There are so many other ways to help get you healthy!. Consult your doctor to see how seriously your weight issues are affecting your health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All I can say is remember the 4 Golden Rule, YES! the four golden rule and if you stick to it something amazing happen because it worked for me and im one of a hella lazy bastard but i sticked to the 4 Golden Rule XD

i suggest you see a Doctor and go and see a health specialist make sure you eat healthy!. most people become overweight because the go on diets and don't stick to them!. try doing small things like instead of having peanut butter have honey on your toast or instead of milk have skim milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why dont you go to weight watchers its pretty simple!. Go there no need to be ashamed its like a group of people that tell you what you eat!. and it is determinded by a point system!. ive lost weight doing this but everything takes time!. you wont lose all the weight you want over night takes time, dedication, Motivation(fiance!.!. maybe she can come too and help you) and self control!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Apart from suggesting the obvious, changing your diet to healthier foods, drinking at least 2 litres of water a day and stating out with between 20-30 Min's of light exercise about 4 times a week to get you started!.

Then there is Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig and all those diet groups!. But if you have tried everything else and failed and really want to change your life (extending it by getting healthy) then this might be for you!.!.!.

Have you looked into gastric band surgery!? i know it sounds extreme, but if you have tried everything else it really can help lots!. They basically make it so you stomach can hold less amounts of food which =eating less, which = weight loss, which = making it easier to exercise and become healthy again!.

Hi! This may sound a little out there but have you ever tried raw food!? It may be just what you need!. There are a couple of really good books you may want to read!. One is 12 steps to raw foods by Victoria Boutenko and the other is the Raw Food Detox Diet by Natalia Rose!. They are both really good books because they aren't extreme!. (Natalia Rose talks about very manageable stages!.) Honestly, after 1 day of eating raw food, I noticed a difference in my mental clarity!. The good thing about eating raw food is that you can eat as much of it as you want, so if you are hungry just eat more!. It also helps to seek out a raw food restaurant in your area if there is one!. what do you eat!? it could be your diet that is unhealthy!.!.!.not you!. if you eat fruit, vegetables and cereals(pasta, rice, noodles etc!.) and do pleanty of exercise, then you should be able to get into a healthy life style!. also, if you snack throughout the day, then that just becomes a bad habit!. if you drink milk, get skimmed milk, if you eat noodles, dont add all the flavouring(because of the salt and fat content)!. Take up a sport or a gym program and maybe walk instead of drive to places!. take the fat off bacon and steak and if you eat take away on a regular basis:: STOP! its better to eat food you make because you know whats in it!. use canola oil instead of butter when you cook and don't put butter on your sandwiches!.
Aside from this, i cannot help you any farther!. unless you go to a doctor or a dietition and ask for help there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've written alot but I hope it helps a little!.

Im not an expert, but I am overweight myself!. The first thing you should do is not to drink anything other than water - Seriously, I knew someone who was overweight and did this, and he lost about 7lbs in the first week - no exercise, no healthy eating!.!. just cutting out all alcohol, soda, tea, coffee!.!. just drank water and the weight started to drop off! So try that, see what happens! And then keep it up!.

You can join a diet programme if you like - but normally it's a waste of money!. Dieting by yourself is easy, and you can get motivation elsewhere!.

First off, MOTIVATION:
Try going on this website, there's loads of guys and girls trying to lose weight!. Motivation is free, you shouldnt pay for it with a slimming club!. Talk to your fiance for support and help, and friends and family!. Search the net for more free online groups:- http://www!.minimins!.com/lot-weight-lose-!.!.!.

And put in your exact details!. This will tell you how many calories your body burns daily just to keep you alive!. That means, you have to eat LESS than the amount shown to lose weight - or eat more but exercise off excess calories, until you are below that limit!. This will make your body burn off excess fat!.

Put in your weight and choose an exercise you think you would like to try!. It will tell you how many calories you will burn off by doing however many minutes you want of that exercise!. You can use this to keep track of your daily routine!.

When you begin an exercise routine, take it slow at first!. Don't be put off if you find that you can't do as much as someone says you should, or you think you're not doing it well enough - it's all about building yourself up to being healthy, it's the best and most efficient way to do it!! Make sure you're sweating, and your heart is pumping, and maybe aching a little bit - but make sure you know your limits, and then do more the next day or the next week!

Diet:- You need to basically eat everything very low fat, and very low calorie!. Read labels in shops and don't get ANYTHING that doesn't say 'low fat' (unless you know it's healthy anyway!) Vegetables and fruit (all of 'em!) mainly, some protein, very little carbs!.!. Im sure you know the drill!. If not, you can find the information you need on the net!.
