What do you do to stay fit?!


Question: What do you do to stay fit!?
I was curious to know what daily activities other people do to stay in tip top shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i go to the gym,50 jump rope spins,go up and down stairs 10 times,run down the street and back up,ride bike for 30minutes,30 crunches,5 push-ups,eat healthy and do a lot of the things that i listed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I walk, jog, crunches, push ups, yoga sometimes, and just playing around outside with smaller kids( gives you a workout!. If you have a choice between taking an elevator and stairs take the satirs cause it brings you closer to ur goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i got really sick!.!. try excersise and just cutting down on your meals have a motivation that way you can guilt yourself into keeping your goal!. maybe a take a class that you enjoy kick boxing or maybe yoga!. good luck for sure i know it is a struggle :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Run and lift weights!. Or get on that nintendo wii!. Lol
The wii is a workout dressed up as a videogame system!. My arms was burning playing rayman!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-I run at a vigorous speed up and down my stairs for 10 minutes!.
-100 normal crunches
-100 leg lift crunches
-25 push ups
-squat against wall for a minuteWww@Answer-Health@Com

Exercising and eating a well balanced diet low in fat, high in protein should do the trick!! Drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
