1!.Start with arms shoulder with apart!.
2!. Your head should NOT be looking at the ground, but look straight foward!.
3!. Go up, then down at a constant pace!. (Try and keep your butt flat)

Step 1!. Put your hands under your shoulders on the ground!.
Step 2!. Push upwards in a very slow, very steady fashion!. Feel the muscles, and concentrate on them!.
Step 3!. Let yourself downwards very slowly, very steadily, again feeling the muscles and concentrating on them!. Do NOT hit the ground!. At the point where your chest is almost touching, begin the descent up again!.
