Answers:
Don't sweat it!. You'll grow and gain more muscle over the next couple of years!.

At 14, your hormones are just starting to kick in!. As your testosterone levels increase, you'll naturally start to put on more mass!. If you are working out during this time, you'll probably add lean tissue more quickly, as well!.

Males can continue to add lean mass well into their Fourties, so you don't need to rush anything!.

Congrats on taking care of yourself, avoiding junk food and eating well!. Keep doing what you're doing, stay clear of the 'roids, and you'll probably live longer than all of us!.

Best of luck dude !.!.!.

Metabolism works differently in teenagers as opposed to adults!. At 14 years old it isn't really healthy to try and add muscle mass!. Since you are not done developing, you can't predict how you are going to look in the future!. Just, please don't get into steroids!. You don't want to sacrifice your health for your vanity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

14 year olds do not really need to workout!. Just stick to your diet and mabie take some Build-Up pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's pathetic!. What has the world come to now!? You're either born big or not, stop trying and be happy for what you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
