Ok now heres what you do, when you are infront of the table and Mom is serving your favorite food, don't eat untill your STUFFEED eat untill you are not starving, also go for 1 mile bikerides every day, it works for meWww@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio Exercises is your best bet to remove the fat around the stomach and thighs, i went from 310 to 170 and i had alot of flab still!.!. i started running, a 1/4 mile 1/2 mile up to a mile a day and eventually i was able to tone my body and i felt great, lowered my blood pressure as well and fixed my cholesterol

went from a 44/32 pant to a 34/32, and some 32/32 fit me aswell

** for you i would say grab some small weights while you run they will tone your upper body at the same time!.!.!. if you can get tone and fit now while your young when you get older and your body hits its comfort zone in size and shape you'll be more apt to stay thin and tone!.!.!. so start now!

also ignore mister 600 calories a meal thats just not safe, a 2,000 calorie a day diet (or more) is fine no need to starve yourself, just do some cardio everyday or every otherWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are these mad awesome yoga moves that melt them away!.!.!. i cant remember what there called!. but you can find really good ones on google!. search yoga lovehandles, or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Watch what you eat!.

1) 3 meals a day, do not exceed 600 calories per meal!.
2) regular exercise at least 1/2 hour a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
