Question: Is this a good workout routine!?
monday/ cardio then abs

tuesday/ cardio then chest

wednesday/ cardio then back then shoulders

thursday/ cardio then arms

friday/ cardio then abs

I think it depends on what you are trying to accomplish!.
I am losing weight and toning so my trainer told me to do about 5-10 minutes of cardio, then do my weights, then finish up with cardio!.
You will burn fat that way supposedly!.
If you are trying to just bulk up I have no idea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree it all depends on what you are trying to accomplish like she said before me!. If your trying to lose fat and maintain lean body mass thats fine except change the cardio to last!. You will burn more fat because the weight lifting will burn up all the gylcogen in your system, then the cardio will tap into the fat for its energy!.

What !? dont you have any legs !?

Squats, lunges, leg extention, leg curls should be there somewhere

These have got to carry you around all day, every day

Abs can be done everyday

biceps and back should be together
you need legs in there
abs should be with legs
