I would like to become more masculine and have a stronger body.?!


Question: I would like to become more masculine and have a stronger body!.!?
Im 14 years old, 6 ft tall and weigh about 68 killograms, I am slim and i already have a fair amount of muscle, im lean and have a six pack, but i want to increase my upper body and leg strength and size!. I play a contact sport, australian rules football, please dont diss my sport!. I also box and I want to feel stronger, fitter and more confident within myself, that I can use my size and hopefully strength to do what ever i have to do!.
If any body could tell me what i should be lifting, how much and how many, that would be great! cheers to all that send in stuff (y)Www@Answer-Health@Com
