I dont mean to be gross, but im on my menstrual, how can I keep the motivation and energy to keep working out?
When I'm on my menstrual, I tend to eat junk stuff, because it comforts me, when I'm mad or very emotional at the time...last time i was on it...i quit working out....i know its bad. but this time i dont want to stop, i feel quite tired..not sleepy, but my body has like absolutely no energy, and i just feel like i need to sit down all day. how can i get my energy up and the motivation to keep going?
I hate being a girl at this time.

lol, maybe just, know it's coming, and give yourself a break from exercise for a few days. and just, watch what you eat and don't give yourself a hard time if your diet slips a little during your period.
