Fat ,or BMI?!


Question: Fat ,or BMI!?
my bmi from 15,,to 16,,
which is underwieght and i know that well but i always think and feel taht i m fat around the tummy and my butts i see it so big ,what can i do to decrease the fat in me
any suggestion i m trying to lessen my fat intake to the best
,food,
exersice!?
plz help

Diet is important!. No not the no carb or no fat or no whatever!. Diet means you food intake!. Simple as!. And a good diet is one that takes into consideration all food groups in a good moderate portions!.

With this exercise is important!. Do Cardio workouts mixed with light weights!. The cardio will help you get rid of any bad fat but the body has to have some good fat as well which of course is kept!. the weights will help keep your body toned up and make you look better!.

Personally I reckon skinny girls look ill and horrible!. Your BMI going against your thoughts should ring bells in your head!. Maybe your not in proportion!. Your worrying about being skinny and so the parts where fat is easily rid of are skinny making the other parts, which are most probably fine, look fat!. You also need to talk to people you trust to help you figure out if you really are fat which I don't think you are!.

A well toned body with a good healthy amount of fat is quite appealing and makes one look good and of course is a sign of good health!.

So for you I think its a matter of bulking out those skinny bits to make you proportionate and toning up to make you look good!. So go ahead and eat more and exercise those un-toned parts!.

About your breasts, If its bothering you so much talk again to people you know and trust or a professional like a gp!. This isn't the place to talk to ppl about personal stuff as we are all strangers to you and have our own opinions!.

My own opinion is theres more important things to life than worrying about body issues!. As long as we keep our body healthy thats the only thing that matters so we can then concentrate on real issues like enjoying life and taking care of our real life responsibilities!.

Oh and as for web sites I know some of these might not appeal but bodybuilding sites have loads of exercise things you can do to help tone you body and give you ideas on what kind of food you can take!. Have a read!. Heres some I'm a member of or just found for you!. Just put through a search engine 'fitness forum' or 'health forums' etc and trust me there are so many ppl who give good honest and tried info you cant go wrong!. Unlike you I am actually a tad overweight and use these forums to gain knowledge on how to become healthy and bring my body back into proportion!.
