Question: LoveHandles!.!.!.mufffin tops!.!. HHELP!?
what dyu think is the fatest remedy to get rid of love handles!? I aint fitting into any of my Formals!. Apart from the fats nd carbs i ll hafta avoid!.!. any suggestion to tone down my tummy in a weeks time>!? whats the right diet and exercise for it!? i lead a sedentary lifestyle at work!. and my eating habits are quite moderate!. :( !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!. Every week add to the number of repetitions!. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.

How long do you have!? If you want to do it properly, you need to be eating every 3 hours to keep your metabolism up!.

You need carbs, and you need good fats, so don't avoid them - just watch your portion size!.

Exercises should include resistance training and interval training!. These are by far the best ways to lose weight, but I'm not sure it's going to give you the results as quickly as you would like!.

To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!. Do not overdo!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

I had the same problem and I found an excellent way to have no tummy at all!.!.!.

all you have to do it to pull your stomach in at all times!.!.!.ALL TIMES!.!.!.at first it will be hard!.!.!.but then it becomes a habit and you just can not stand not pulling your stomach in!.!.!.!.

doing this strengthens your muscles which allows you to not have a tummy!.!.!.people have a tummy because their muscles are weak and are not able to pull it in and making them stronger is the solution!.

The ladies where I work swear by Slim-fast, using it to get their essentials and not eating but once a day, in other words, replacing 2 meals a day with a can of this stuff!. Not recommended for the long haul, but just for what you wanna do!.!.!.K ;o)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could read about fasting and start one!.
Eat a protein shake in the morning and one at night, plenty watter and fiber (psilium husk) so you don't get hungry!.
Get a body wrap or two on the main areas!.
You will c the big results in as little as 3days!.

don't drink soda, dont eat bread, or cheese and eggs!. this will flatten your stomach!. By the way this is not a lifestyle, just a quick way to flatten your stomach for a big event!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
