Need some help about getting fit?

i want to change the way i look im 18 and i way 160 pounds i and i dont have muscles i cant afford to join a gym so how do i get in shape i want to get rid of my belly and have a stomach and i want to have some muscles can anyone help

First cut out any sugary drinks that you consume. I stopped drinking all drinks other than water and lost 15 pounds in two months, just from that alone. But also just try to do some aerobic activity 3 times a week. Because you are so young it shouldn't take that long or be too hard. Also start doing about 50 crunches a day three times a week. You can also purchase some light dumbells like 5 pounds and do bicep curls, tricep curls on alternating days. Do about 3 sets of 12 reps. That alone with the cutting out any caloric bevarages should help you acheive the body you want. Also if any of that starts getting to easy increase your aerobic activity by 15 minutes and increase your sets.
