you could try joining a gym!. losing weight at home is great if you have the equipment as in dumbells and stuff!. But i never thought i would do weights but they are really important in losing weight and becoming healthy!. stronger bones and muscles now will stop you from having aches and pains when you reach 50!. I have only lossed 4 kilos from going to the gym for about 7 months!.!.!.!.but i have lost 5cm in my waist!.!.!.!.4cm in my bum!.!.!.!.3cm in each thigh and 1cm around my arms!. which is absolutely great!. i have more energy and everything!.!.!.!.!.!.so if you want to lose weight properly then you also need to build muscle!. apart form that just eat well without cutting out to many temptations!.!.!.otherwise you will just crack!!!
