Question: Is it okay to walk or rollerblade 30 minutes every day !?
I know it's not okay to weight train every day as you have to give your muscles time to repair!.
But will I catabolize my muscles if I do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise every day !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No- when weight training is referenced it means not to lift weights every day in the same muscle group- you can certainly do arms one day, legs or core the next!. And aerobic exercise every day is not only fine but what you should be doing- 30 minutes-1 hour per day is recommended!.

The point of aerobic/cardio exercise is to make your heart and lungs work- things like swimming, biking, walking/running/jogging, rollerblading!.!.!. all those DO work your legs and other muscles and MAY make you sore to start a routine, but by no means will catabolize muscles by doing just 30-60 minutes a day!.
