I've been use a great work out book myself and put my own tunes on. It has everything and illistrations as well step by step. for both men and women. And whats nice is I can take it to work on my lunch break and do it where ever I'm at as a reminder. I find the video's are only great at home near a tv.
Its also tells you what you can eat and meal plans.

Definately worth it in my opinion.
