my weight is 85 kg!. and I am 13 years I am fat but I wanna be thin so I walk every day for 1 hour or 45 minutes!. but I did not loss so much!. I loss 1 kg each week !.but I wanna loss 15 kg in month to be 70 kg !.!.so how could I do!. and what sould I eat and do for excercices ( I've got a very big playground in my villa)!. !. I have another question also:

Ok, to start, calories are like fuel for your body!. Just like petrol/gasoline is for a car!. So here's how they play into weight gain or loss!. If you take in say!.!.!.2000 calories, but only burn 1500, than those 500 calories that you still have in your body turn into "storage for later", which is fat!. If you want to lose weight, you have to burn MORE calories than you take in!. But you actually burn most of your calories just living, breathing, heart beating, moving, etc!. But excercise is still important!. It burns those last few calories that would normally turn into fat!. The walking you're doing is good!. Keep it up!. But limit your calorie intake as well!. Don't starve yourself, that's just not healthy!. But don't eat all sorts of brownies and ice cream all the time either!. You know!? By the way, i'm proud of you to be learning about all this at this young age!. The way you eat when you're a teen, is usually how you will eat through the rest of your life!. And usually, teens will eat however they want because they have a fast metabolism (how much they burn calories naturally) and they never gain weight!. But around 18 to 21, they're metabolism slows down and they start gaining weight because of how they ate as a teen continues through adulthood!. So this will ensure that you are in shape you're entire life!. So keep it up!.
