At your age, I wouldn't advise this unless you're MORBIDLY OBESE!. And if that IS the case, then you should be seen by a GASTROENTEROLOGIST!. Even with surgery (lap band or stapling) you won't lose that much weight that fast (and at your age, I seriously doubt a qualified doctor would allow it, or lipo, either)!. Just eat sensibly (no more than 2500 calories/day, exercise, drink plenty (64 oz at least) of water, and get 6-8 hours of sleep per night!. In a few MONTHS, you should have the weight loss desired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it's totally about self-control:
Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt
Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)
Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar
Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios
Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER AFTER 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING
I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)
Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

Not gonna happen!. Unless you don't mind not eating, you should only be losing about 4 pounds per week!. Do some research and find a good, healthy nutrition you enjoy and won't be suffering for!. When it comes to being healthy, nutrition and not fitness is 80%Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is not possible!. Even eating NOTHING you can only lose like 5 lbs MAX!! I started eating right and exercising and it took me 2 months to lose 20 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
