Boy do I need your help...anybody!!!?
I quit smoking a few months ago and have packed on 10 or more pounds! I have to snack and it's usually sweet things (candy) But my metabolism is no longer and I do little bits of exercise here and there, but don't have the time or energy to go full speed ahead. Any tips out there??

As hard as it seems - you have to exercise! It's a vicious cycle, you don't have energy so you don't exercise, but exercising gives you energy. Start small, a ten-minute walk perhaps and then build from there. Stick with it for a few weeks then gradually increase your activity level, tack on some sit-ups and add minutes to your walk. Barring some unforeseen medical condition, you should start feeling more energized relatively quickly. Hang in there, you're on the right track!
