Question: Possible to get abs in 2 wks!?
i am 160 lbs and i need to get abs !. i have a bit fat around it and so what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can certainly try this and let me know if it works!.!.!.in 2 weeks I think you could definitely look better and see some results!. You won't build the empire over night, but you can look damn good in the process :)
FITNESS BOOT CAMP!
I do believe you will have to do an hour of cardio EVERY SINGLE DAY for this 2 week period!.
Do a strength training workout every other day as well!.!.!.and you might as well make it circuit training with lots of reps and little rest in between because you'll need LOTS OF CARDIO!.
Do circuit abs--1 minute regular crunches, 1 minute full sit ups, 20 full sit ups with medicine ball, twist from side to side!.!.!.pick about 4-5 different ab exercises and do 2 rounds of circuits!. Rest about 15 seconds between each exercise
Do this every other day for the next two weeks
It is important that you give your muscles a little bit of rest in between so they can build up!.!.!.that's why I suggest muscle work every other day
You may want to include some pilates about 3 times a week to help strengthen your core and appear taller and leaner!.
Just remember that cardio burns the fat, and you can't do this with crunches alone!. Try step aerobics, dancing, swimming, running and do it for one full hour!!!!!!
You will have to eat perfectly during this time and I'm sure you know the rules--whole grains, fiber, lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, limited sugar, limited sodium, forget deep fried foods, and cut starches, water water water!!

ya its posible because everything is possible!.you should do diet and daily go to the gym youshould not loes your confidence!.you already have abs!. everyone has abs!. you just cant always see them!.

You would have you work out like crazy and nearly starve your self in order to see toned abs in 2 weeks!.
I think two months is more of a realistic goal!. You may not pick this as the best answer because I'm crushing your vision!. but when you try what other say and you don't get abs in two weeks then you'll know!.
Cardio and crunches, situps, bicycle crunches!. And a pretty strict diet will help you achieve this goal!. Just cut out things like sugar and be aware of what you're eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do some push ups 5 times a week and 50 times a day and you will get in shape with in 1 year you will get the abs you want and once you start it you will see results in less than a month but remember the more you do it the faster you will get your abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
