Question: I'm soo dizzy!?
and idk why
all i've eaten today was 2 slices of pizza
trying to lose weight

If you're trying to lose weight, dont just keep eating unhealthy food, but less!.

You need to eat healthy, like grains, fruits, vegies, dairy, meat, and water!.

Eating pizza isn't a very healthy choice, and only eating 2 slices of it a day is even less healthy!

Eat something substantial like a bowl of pasta or something, keep drinking water and have an early night!. Tomorrow you should try and get an eating plan or something that is healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea that's why!. Back when I didn't used to eat very much this happened to me all the time!. This also had to do with the fact that I was dehydrated and had low blood pressure!. If you are trying to lose weight, you are going about it the wrong way!.!.!.why are you eating pizza!? That's full of fat and bad carbs why is ok once in a while, but if that's the only thing you eat all day you will get no nutrition!.!.!. Eat more produce frequently throughout the day!. you must be cutting back way too much on meals causing your body to work overtime to provide much needed energy of which it can't!. You need to slowing cut back on food intake rather than starving yourself!. You actually would benefit better with 5 well proportioned meals (smaller, healthier meals) and plenty of water to keep you hydrated!. Eating very little will hurt you in the long run and possibly cause further weight gain!. Less energy to work out too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bad, bad, bad! Starving yourself will not help you lose weight!.!.!.your metabolism will simply readjust itself to what your eating and your back where you started with less energy!. The dizzy feeling is because you have not eaten enough!.

If you truly want to lose weight, it takes 3 VERY simple things; exercise, diet, and time!.

Exercise
- Do cardio with lot's of arm movements to burn calories
- Do muscle building workouts to gain muscle (why!? because if for example you're sitting it will burn more calories than fat)
- Do not push yourself too hard, take it slow

Diet
- Eat at least 3 square meals a day, INCLUDING and ESPECIALLY breakfast
- Eat small snacks throughout the day
- Eat healthier (switch to whole wheat bread and grain products) and drink plenty of water
- Avoid eating out (at restaurants and such)

Time:
- Do not expect this to be easy or fast!. Do this right and keep it simple!. All those fancy diets and stuff are a waste of time!.!.!.losing weight is as simple as these 3 things!.

that is so bad for you! I know it seems like because all you ate was pizza it was ok, but that is a good way to start the path to getting diabetes, and you dont want that!. Eating 2 slices of pizza is high in fat,carbs,sugar!. Try eating some fruits and veggies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to eat foods that are healthy
and filled with nutrition!.

For now, lay down on a flat surface
and drink plenty of water!. Also,
try taking Tylenol or Advil to make the
dizziness go away!.

It might be the the food, so eat a little more!. If it doesn't help then go to the doctor!. You might have something serious like low or high blood pressure, low or high cholestrol, or even diabetesWww@Answer-Health@Com
