When I lift weights, I get that hurting sensation in my arms, is that good or bad?

When I pump weights, my arms start to hurt. Is that good or bad..?


Answers:

BAD! if they're are hurting as opposed to just sore then you are ether doing too much weight, using incorrect form, are overtraining or a combination of the three.
