Question: I'm 14 and i want to lose 10 pounds safely!.!?
I'm not fat but i'm short which mean every pound that i add makes me look obese!. i weigh 100 pounds and i'm 4'11!. i to lose weight safely and in around a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER AFTER 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

Drink at least 3 cups of milk per day 2 cup of water!.Don't drink sugary drinks, like sodas, juice and fruit punches!.Play your favorite sport alot!. Have 6 baby carrots with lunch!.Eat heathly foods!. Iknow you is a girl but at least try to do 10 push ups a day and 10 sit ups and run and jump alot!.Eat meat and eggs to build strong musles and do this for a month!. eat really healthy!. heres a couple of things that worked for me but i didnt stay thin because well!.!.!.!.i couldnt be bothered lol!. 1)12 mins of intensive excercise at a time!.!.!.!.apparently this is an optimumtime or something so you drop the weight!. 2) negative calorie foods!. these are those that take more calories to digest than they provide!. so the more you eat the more you lose! at least thats what i tried to remember as i stuffed lettuce and half fat cheese down my throat lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should eat more healthy, like avoiding some junk food and try to exercise!. You should keep moving, like when you're sitting down, tap your foot, play around with something, that kind of stuff when you can!.(don't do that in class!. I have done that, and gotten into trouble!.) It'll feel hard, but it's good!. I'm 14 too, and by doing that, lost 8lb in about a week!. Just try, okay!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't try! You're not fat, and you're still growing taller!. Beyond that, you're at a developmental stage in life where malnourishing yourself could have long term, harmful effects!. Don't worry about your weight!. You're okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can try cutting 250 cals!. from your diet and exercising to burn 250 (a day)!.!. that way you should have a deficit of 500 calories a day, or 1 pound a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
