What is the best home workout?!


Question: What is the best home workout!?
i dont have access to a gym and i dont have any weights at my house so what is the best home workout!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you find you eat or drink something that isnt fruit veggies or water everyday then try cutting back (eg!. sodas, candy, fast food, coffee)!.
try to eat six small meals a day!. breakfast lunch and dinner and then 3 snacks!. snacks can be fruit or veggies, nuts, or cheese!. if you eat alot of breads try cutting back!. basically cut out easy things such as breads, dressings, toppings, extra stuff that you dont really need!. but dont starve yourself!.

do strength training with just your body weight (situps/crunches, push ups, leg lifts, etc) there are plenty of sites that show you examples of simple exercises!. you can also improvise by using canned food for weights!.
maybe buy or rent yoga or pilates videos!. they help with flexibility and overall toning and health!.
any cardio is good!. just walk down your street and back!. maybe eventually jog!.
working out with someone else is a great way too!. helps with motivation!.

well im trying to do the same thing and i found that playing basketball & going walking (for a few hours) every day helps and cutting out soda and drinking water helps and try not to eat junk food every day maybe once every 3 weeks or month!.!.!.i have done this it actually works for me just go play some sports with friends or go joggingWww@Answer-Health@Com
