the best way to run on a treadmill is to do one of the cardio circuit modes, if your machine has it, if not, you can do it yourself!. these workouts burn the most calories!. start off slow and get warmed up!. after you are warm enough, raise the speed and run at a higher pace for a minute or two!. then raise it again, and run for another minute or two!. keep going up until you feel like you cant possibly run anymore, then you can go back to a slightly lower level!. but dont stop! next, bring up the speed to a point where you are basically running as fast as you can for a minute!. then work your way back down!. sorry i know that really confusingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Around 15 minutes in one session!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

That depends on your weight, age, and endurance!. Use online resources to find your target heart rate and try to hold that level for at least 15 minutes!. As you get more fit and gain endurance, try to hold that for longer!. Running in intervals is also an option!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it all depends on how fitness shape right now!. start between 1-3 miles perhaps!? keep between 5-6 mph the entire time!. If that is too easy, then up the speed, and up the distance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
