Beer and soda will dehydrate the body, and should be replaced with the equivalent water, plus aboul 3litres for that level of excercise!.
If you dont like water add a touch of fruit juice :) Drink a pint before starting the jog!. Tea is also good and counts towards water, coffee does not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
