I want to get a six-pack, wanna lead me through the steps?!


Question: I want to get a six-pack, wanna lead me through the steps!?
I am jealous of my friend who has a six-pack, and now I want to have one too!.
What are some things that I can do!? I am only 15, so don't tell me to buy a bowflex or some program off of TV!. I would just like some types of exercises!. I also don't care how long it takes, a month, two months, or w/e of grueling exercise!. So long as the outcome is that abs slowly start appearing!.

I've decided to begin today and my lame excuse for a start is:

20 situps, 20 pushups,

Also 20 seconds of stretching in various positions each that I learned in school!. Along with a few punches and kicks from tae kwon doe!.

Don't eat a lot of sweets, eat fruit!.!.!.and run, you have to burn off any fat that is on your belly!. Then do crunches to build up your stomach muscles!. Even if you have a little flab on your stomach, it will hide the stomach muscles!. I would reccomend doing crunches, leg lifts, and bicycle kicks!. If you have any more questions, you can email me!. Good, sounds like your not fat or that wich is good!. You already have a six pack just it lays under the layer of fat that surrounds your abbs!. Try running about 1k and walking 2k everyday!. I know its not much but it makes you loose fat!. Then do about 50 sit ups, sit on a chair and elevate your knees to your chest about 50-100 times!. Do 3 sets of each, everyday 3 times a day or as many as possible!. Im guessing you would like bigger arm and chest muscles aswell!? Your doing good by doing push ups, try wide push ups (where you are in the push up position and you just widen the distance between each arm, do about 50 of them each day!. Try 50 normal push ups every day if you can and do diamond push ups (where you are in normal push up position and your hands are together, thumb on thumb and indeaxe finger point at each other, try about 25 of them!. Do squats and other leg exercises, and in no time you will be stronger and fitter than your friend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alright , You can do a routine such as this one at least two days per week : http://www!.youtube!.com/watch!?v=7z_FEiiWe!.!.!. and http://www!.youtube!.com/watch!?v=8ZMP05x8c!.!.!. , in order for your abs to show , you need to get your body fat lower , and the only way to do this is by eating healthy , stay away from foods that contain sugar , trans and saturated fats , try to have six small meals per day and have a portion of good protein , fruits or veggies and grains in each of those meals!. Good protein sources include : chicken , poultry , eggs , fish , lamb , lobster, lean beef and lean pork!. Good grain sources include : brown rice , whole rice , barley and whole wheat!. A portion is about the size of a deck of cards!. Get plenty of water daily and rest plenty between workout days so your muscles can recover and tone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
