Question: Anyone know good diets for gaining weight!?
I've always been very petite and thin, and I've always eaten well but I never gain weight!.!.!.!. I'm planning on starting a new exercise regimen with more cardio that's more intense then what I currently do!.!.!. I don't want to burn more calories than I take in though, and I don't want to go with the option of sitting on my *** all day!. And actually, I could stand to gain a few pounds!. What would you suggest as the best way to take in more calories without being completely unhealthy about it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is recommended in these cases that the person eats six small healthy meals per day instead of the traditional three!. These small meals should contain a portion of protein , fruits or veggies and grains!. Good protein sources include : chicken , poultry , lean beef , lean pork , fish , eggs , lobster and lamb!. Good grain sources include : brown rice , whole rice , barley , whole oats and whole wheat!. A portion is about the size of a deck of cards!. Stay away from foods that contain sugar , trans and saturated fats!. As for the cardio , if you want to gain some pounds , then you need to do it in moderation , dont over do it , do strenght training instead which will help you to tone your muscles and burn stored body fat at the same time!. When you do strenght training properly , the recovery of the muscles that comes afterwards when you sleep uses up a lot of calories to repair muscle tissue!. So my advice is focus on strenght training such as calisthenics/bodyweight exercises at least two days per week and do the cardio activities on your off days for fun , but dont over do them!. You should have a high calorie diet!. Not junk food but high protein!. Doing cardio that burns more calories than you eat will not get you to gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
