Help with weight training etc....?!

Question:

Help with weight training etc....?

am 173cm and 63-63.5 KG. im only 17 years old. I have noticed on some people at my school that their chest is different to how mine is shaped. Mine is like a childs chest, sort of sticking out, not flat and shaped like adults should be. What can i do about this? will it take time for my chest to grow considering i am only 17?
i do weights for all parts of body (back, chest, arms, legs, shoulders etc...) but i dont go crazy with the weights. i do every second day. I have some images of me if u want to have a visual of what im talking about. to view these images, go to this site: www.myspace.com/picture4yahoo
let me know what you think.
Your help is much appreciated!
thank you all and god bless!

Answers:

Your young.
You don't need to lift very heavy untill you are older. Try doing incline and decline benchpresses. This will develop a fuller range of muscle in the chest area. Don't do more than about three sets of 8-10 reps for each muscle group. If you overwork muscles they shrink. Limit youy weightlifting sessions to 45-60 minutes per day. Only work each muscle group every three days (twice a week) Each muscle needs about 3 days to recover. When you lift it slightly tears the muscle and causes it to grow bigger, so work chest one day, legs the second next, back muscles the third day and then start over. Take at least one day off from lifting every week.
