Question: Im 5 ft!. 3!.5 in!. 120 lbs!., and im 14 years old, i wanna be skinny! help plz :]!?
here is my eating schedule thing, tell me what i should change to lose weight plz:
breakfast: 1 (sometimes 2) bowls of SmartStart cereal!.!.its really yummy lol and heathy!.
lunch: PB&J and water and 100 calorie snack
snack: sometimes goldfish or something
dinner: it depends but normally something like pasta or fish or chicken or something!.!.i really dont get a say in this meal lol!.

so!.!. what do i cut or add to lose like 5 lbs!. before school starts!? ( aug!. 22 ish)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just have to be careful with how much you eat!. You are actually eating a perfect 'diet' and there is nothing wrong with the way you are eating!. You might accidentally snack too much without you realizing it, or you just eat too much!. I actually have been there!. I used to eat as much as my dad, but I started eating slower, talking my time and I was really surprised!. I stopped when I was full, and told myself I wasn't hungry!. And I lost a TON of weight!. Just eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full!. It's simple!. But don't only eat half of your food or anything!. Don't go psycho or you'll lose the weight too fast and just gain it back again, with an added bonus of five pounds!. Take it slow, exercise!. You'll lose your five pounds [maybe more] in no time!. Just take it slow and stop eating when you are full!. That is the most important thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

pasta isn't good for losing weight because of the carbs so you could request a different meal!. if i were you, i think running is boring, so i would try to join a soccer league and make sure to go to all the practices and games and keep up with your diet plan!. i can almost guarantee you will lose a few pounds by the time school starts up!.

Don't change your diet!. Don't ever change a healthy diet! But you can change your activity!. Watch half as much TV!. Go for morning runs, evening runs!. Ride your bike everywhere you go (also good for environment!!), play soccer with your friends!. All that good stuff! Good luck, I hope you end up satisfied!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try special K cereal/ (1 bowl in morning)
special K for snacks!.
or those 100 calorie pack things for snacks!.
lunch eat a more healthier lunch like a boiled chicken with some vegetables!.
make sure u hav a meat, veg, and pasta, and grain for dinner

Okay so first its not all about eating so you should be exercising as well!.!. You already kind of do and eat right!. Don't count calories because it just takes away from your protein, sugar, and carbs that you actually need!.

You shouldn't change anything but it is just more than changing your eating habits!. you should also exercise!. I rec commend running or treadmill or playing tennis!. I Had the same problem and Changing my food and exercising help me!. now i weigh 100 lbs!. :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

You already are skinny what are you talking about!? I would recommend becoming more fit if you really want to feel good!. Exercises regularly but please don't become abscessed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are way to do it!. I bike everyday for 1 hour or sometime walk!. if you something like 3 mile a day then you can lose weigh!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't stop eating or cut off your food just work out a little but don't go way over board!. Do some stomach crunches and jog a little!. Don't stop eating!. Don't work out untill you faint!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
