Question: How do i get bigger for football!?
I want to play football in the fall but am not big enough!. I never played before so i reallly need to get into football shape!. I want to get big enough for safety or fast enough for cornerback!. I need to get some big size and strength in about 8 weeks!. Any routines!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do a warm up!. Jog for 5 minutes!.
Then do a 40 yard sprint!. Drop & do as many pushups as you can!. Then do anther sprint!. Do crunches as many as you can (to 50 at a time) Do another sprint!. Do (up to) 50 squat thrusts!.
Repeat!. Do this 3 times a week!.
Do long runs & more sprint work at varying distances!.
Can U get to a gym!?
Hit the weights 3,4 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
