Salmon caviar is it good for you does it have omega 3?

Is salmon eggs (caviar) good for you in large amounts 8oz
and does it have chemicals like mercury concentration

It does have omega-3's, however, since they are eggs they are extremely high in saturated fats (not good).

8oz. of caviar has 40.7 g of total fat (63% Daily value) and 9.2 g saturated fat (46% Daily Value). You're much better off buying WILD salmon as they are higher in omega-3 to omega-6 oils and not contaminated with PCB/mercury like farm raised species.
