Weight loss!!!!!!?!


Question: Weight loss!!!!!!!?
i am 14 years old and i want to lose weight cuz im over weight i am 90kg, and that it alot 4 my age so plz can some one give me some advice and a weight loss plan!. and also tell me how to stick to my plan !.
just to inform u i have a big problem , that i cant stop eatiing sweets!.!. somebody plzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me

To achieve any weight loss, you really need to excercise and eat an overall healthy diet that consist of complex carbohydrates (whole wheat foods that would be great for fiber and needed nutrients), lean protein to help build muscles and repair your body, and good amounts of fat for energy and needed nutrients the body needs that your body cannot create on its own!.
By making a few adjustments to your current diet (such as switching to water in place of juice and soda, etc, snacking on fruits and raw veggies instead, chosing whole grain products instead of enriched foods, etc) can also help you to shed some weight (depending on how your current diet is)!. Also cooking healthier (using a cook spray, switching to olive oil, grilling and steaming more often than pan frying and deep frying, etc!.) And to help lessen your sweets consumption, try at least limiting yourself to only 2 or 3 a day!. And try having healthier sweets like yogurt, all fruit frozen bars (some are only 90 calories each, and with calories so low, that a treat you could possible have each day), jello, 90 calorie or lower pudding cups, fruit, and low calorie ice cream bars (such as skinny cow, weight watchers, etc!.)
If you try interval cardio training and some weight lifting/resistance training, not only will you lose weigh, but you will also help your body become more leaner and tone looking and your core will become stronger!.
It is good that you are thinking about trying some types of cardio that you may like such as walking, biking and skating!. These new habits introducted into your life will help to intially burn soem calories, but you will need to also make sure you eat healthy!. Also try to change you your cardio from time to time to challenge yourself and to avoid hitting a plateau such as jogging, hiking, swimming!.
Try doing some ab work and don't forget to work out your obliques (your "love handles")
Also because muscle does weigh more than fat, you may be heavier essentially, but leaner too!. Eventually the more muscles you will build, the more weight you can burn!. More muscles will help you burn more calories at rest!. And then eventually the fat/weight will come off!.!.!. but everything takes time!. Remember, it is possible to be leaner and stronger, but weight more!. But don't give up and stay motivated!.!.!. we all hit plateus!. Also remember, that every one is a different individual and that we all lose weight from different places at different times!. Your body choses when it is time, just be patience!.
And please note that if you try to lose a lot of weigh in a short amount of time, your body will really go through some health problems!. Some risks could be that your hair may grown thinner, your periods may not be regular anymore (which is not a good thing), and your stomach system will be working slower, etc!.
Realistically, if you lose weigh the heathy way, then 1 to 2 pounds per week is a reasonable amount per week!. Anything more, may be due to water loss or you have decided to go the other route and lose weigh by starving yourself!.
Remember that the number on the scale doesn't define you!.!.!. you define you!. The scale can't tell you how great you look in your jeans or how you feel!.!.!. so don't rely so heavily on that scale!. ok first of all you have to stop the sweets!.!.!. just think about it, in one snickers bar, there is 5 times the sugar that you should be eating in a day!. That sugar is made up of "blank" carbs and it will pretty much turn to fat!. So stop eating sweets, if you do, you will have a MUCH worse time losing weight!. I recommend whole grains instead of these sweet carbs becaues they actually have nutrition, so when you eat carbs they will give you long lasting energy instead of high energy for an hour and then turn to fat!. Also, eat lean meats and try to substitute protein for saturated fats!. Mono and polyunsaturated fats are "essential fatty acids" and you should actually try to eat more of them (flax oil, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, olive oil, etc)

Then you must exercise!. Anything is ok!.!.!. whatever you can do to get 70% of your maximum heart rate, which is 220-age so 206 beats per minute, is best (so pause once in a while and see if your heart rate is near 142)-- this is the best fat burning stage!.

Then longer you can be at that range the more calories you will burn because this is the optimum calorie burning range!. You can do anything- lift weights, run, jog, swim, sit ups, power walk, jump rope, etc!. You should replace sweets with substitutes!. Find "less sugar" foods, and start there!. Replace any soda with diet or water!. Your main diet should consist of (from greatest to lesser importance) veggies, fruits, dairy and meats!. You should also learn about reading calories and portion sizes, in order to maintain!.

To stick to your plan, write down your goals and how you plan to reach them!. Write down what you eat daily, as well as any exercise!.
Also, why you want to lose the weight!. Take "before and after" pics within a month to physically see your improvements!.

For exercise, just give at least 30 minutes of day (even if it's just walking - That's an average of 10,000 steps or 5 miles) of exercise!. There's so many exercises to try now - weightlifting, specialty classes, cardio!. Try to mix it up!

Finally, give yourself a break!. If you "break" your diet or exercise plan, try to think why you did it, but don't feel guilty about it to the point you want to give up!.

Stop eating sweets!. Simple carbs (sugars especially) cause an increase in blood glucose, causing an insulin spike which ultimately leads to fat being stored in your body!. Read the article I posted a link to below!.
Exercise!.
Eat good, clean food with minimal bad calories (i!.e!. saturated fats, etc!.)!.

everyone is going to pretty much tell you the same thing!. Diet and excersize!. Im 18 5'7'' and 147 pounds i used to be 180!. I hated it!. You dont have to give up sweet all together but cut way back!. you need to run or jog (get your heart rate up) for 30 minutes a day everyday!. do other things too like do 30 situps and 10 pushups everyday till you can do that easily!. Then move it up some if you can already do more then do it !. but if your really serious you have to do this EVERYDAY!. not once a week or once and a while!. your 14 you shouldnt worry to much anaway!. Just control your diet daily excersize and youll grow into a beautiful person!. Dont do anything stupid and there are no super pills so dont even try those!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you do really want to lose weight then keep sugar low!. Do a light run every other day!. DO NOT STARVE YOUSELF!. You should eat 3 square meals and 2 light snacks with a good amout of fruits and vegies!. Only drink water and milk and dont take those diet shake things, they are just a waste of your time!. When you run, run slowly and straight for as long as you can with plenty of water during this!. Set monthly goals for youself and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

but spit it out
so you'd still feel like you HAD the chocolate, even though you didn't


you could start working out if you wanted to!? that would definitely help

I got a gym membership, and followed the plan I mentioned above
and I'm down 15 pounds

Well if you really want to loose weight your going to have to choose sweets or loose weight i no what i would pick but thats not all you can do if you still eat sweets but in smaller portions and eat smaller meals im sure you will loose weight quick!.

You have got to get moving to get your metabolism going!. Walk all you can!. Eat chicken, fish, salads, watermelon, fruits, veggies!. You can have a sweet from time to time just dont over do it!. dont eat white things such as sugar, flour, potatoes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
