Question: I'm worried about my legs being soar!.!.!.!?
So I've been trying to lose all this weight I've gained, which accumulates to 25 pounds (I weigh 250!.) my exercises include Dance Dance Revolution (Heavy/Challenge Mode), Swimming, And Jogging/Walking with my dog!. Lately I've had really soar pains in my legs and its not in my calves, its more like in the front and outter sides of my legs!.!.!.I'm wondering if my bones have become weakened from all the stress of working out with all this new weight I've gained!. I've already made plans of changing up my work out to more low-impact aerobics, but I just wanted to make sure if it was bone-related or muscle-related!. thanks for the advice :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds to me like you might have shin-splints which is a condition where the shin bones have tiny little fractures in them from walking or jogging on a hard surface!. This is not life threatening and your legs will not break from this (they are TINY little cracks)!. but you may need to change the surface you are jogging and walking on to grass, or earth or sand and avoid concrete or bitumen roads!. Make sure you have a good pair of runners that cushions the impact and helps to prevent the shock wave going into your leg (see a sports shoe specialist for this) and give you good support just in case you have a pronation (twist) in the way you use your legs and feet, which can help create 'shin splints'!. It you take care of all of these factors the pains should go and you can still keep your fitness up!.

sounds like you didn't start out easy!. Is it shin splints!?They need strengthening because you are doing a lot of high impact moves and that is hard on those bones!.Make sure you have rest days!. Choose a day for walking only!. smaller portions of food & cut out the carbs as for the legs you my want to try some stretches befor workouts & yes never overwork yourself start small 1st!.
My aunt does this & seems do me doing the job, carbs are a big - for losing weight!. remember to some stretches befor you workout!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it hurts in your lower legs, its probably shin splints!. I get those after I run alot!. Just rest them for a while if it starts to hurt really bad!. If it is that, then when you work out more it will start hurting less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
