Start off with exercising an hour a day in the form of brisk walking, jogging, swimming, aerobics or cycling whichever you prefer!. Go the gym 3 days a week!. Meanwhile help out with the daily chores at home such as ironing, gardening, cleaning etc!.
Getting involved with sports such as tennis and squash will also help you to burn calories and lose weight!.
Keep yourself active!.

Well, you'd want to start out small!. It would really suck if you get yourself hurt, because then you'll have to wait until you recover before you can start working out again!.

If your into any activities that require your moving around, like say dancing or track, then you're pretty much set!. You just have to watch your diet and the pounds will come off!. If not, then you should start with walking!. Yeah, it sounds easy, but it works (try to go for an hour)!. If walking starts feeling too easy, start jogging!. It might take a while to get used to though, so start with 5 minute jogs, and when your comfortable, make your way up!.

Now, your diet!. Exercise is great and all, but when you eat as much as you burn, well, then, yeah, you're eating as much as you're burning so nothing will happen!. Try to base your diet around fruits, vegetables, and as a meat/protein substitute, soy products!. Soy essentially acts like the protein in meat, which heals muscles, but it comes from plants!. Soy Milk is the best food to get it from, because it tastes great and it's healthy!. If you're cool with meat and fish, then you can have that too (but lay off the meat a bit, because it tends to have a lot of calories)!.

What you want to do is eat 5 times a day!. Crazy, right!? Thing is, you have to eat small each time, like, 1 - 2 servings, and in 3 hour intervals!. Say you wake up at 6am, you would have to eat again at 9, then 12, then 3, then 6pm!. In between, drink water!. The 8oz of water day rule hasn't been proven (people just abide by it), so drink enough water to be more than hydrated!. Don't drown in it!.

Also, look at the ingredients list when you buy food!. When it says Partially Hydrogenated (name here) oil, DO NOT GET IT!. It has trans fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
