1) Warms up muscles and increase heartrate!. Helps to prepare body for exercise as it increases temp of muscles which helps to reduce chance of injury and with increasing heartrate helps to be sure that there are no heart problems that could prevent exercise!.
2) warm up before stretching, as if the muscles are warm there is what is called plastic deformation, which means the elongation of the muscle is permanet, which is good!. if stretching while muscles are cold, risk injury and the muscles will return to normal length!.
3) going for a speed walk, light jog, light skipping!. As all 3 increase heartrate/muscle temp just choose which one youd prefer!.
4) Gym Class!? quick 10 min game of dodgeball, gets everyone moving aroundWww@Answer-Health@Com
