Ireally really need to loose 15-20 pound by August 8?

what is a good diet and exersize plain i cant run i or go to the gym please help me i have to loos the weight by august 8

well i think if you swim everyday for at least 1 hour
do sit ups every other day
cut down on meats
eat mostly fruit and veggies, you will be fine



oh yea and my chuncky friend lost weight by not eating meat at all about 7lbs but idk how long she didnt do it for =]

walk alot like one mile everyday
try to walk more and more as you get going
